Resident Guarantees
You have legal rights and it is our job to protect them for you. We believe that we should go above and beyond for our residents, so we provide these guarantees.
- If you call our office during business hours and have to leave a message, our Customer Service Department will respond to your message within 2 hours.
- Our maintenance department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to take calls, troubleshoot, and respond to emergencies.
Lock Box Move Ins
Most of our rentals allow for lock boxes to be left at the property to make moving in a breeze. The day your lease begins we will send you the code to the lock box to access the keys to your new home saving you a trip to our office.
Responding to Maintenance
- Our residents have access to a maintenance management software that makes it easy for you to report the issue, troubleshoot with our Maintenance Team, upload photos or files, and schedule with the vendors and contractors.
- Non-emergency maintenance requests are responded to within 2 business hours.
Move Out
When it comes time to move out, we provide a To-Do list to you to ensure ease of transferring possession back to us. If requested, a property manager will provide an initial inspection to detail what needs to be corrected before turning the unit back over to Welcome Home Management.
