If your toilet won't flush...

A clogged toilet that won't flush can normally be fixed using a plunger. You can simply place the plunger into place and pump vigorously to dislodge anything stuck in the pipe.

Be careful not to flush the toilet if the basin is completely filled, as this may cause the toilet to overflow.

If you lose electrical power...

Please call the electrical company to troubleshoot your problem. Your utility provider should have the information necessary to help you resolve the issue.

If you have no hot water or limited access, locate the heating tank in your home and check the settings. Is everything accurate? If you have a gas-powered heater, is the pilot light still lit?

If you make any updates to the settings, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing again.

If you don't have heat or air conditioning, check the thermostat in your property and verify the settings. You can cycle it off and back on to attempt to reset the HVAC system. If you're still having problems, get in touch with us.
