Welcome to the newly created Welcome Home Learning Centre!
I created this section of our website as a way to share knowledge that I, along with our company, have learned along our own real estate journey. The Learning Centre will be your source for property management tips, rental market facts, and more.
The goal of this section of our website is to not only impart knowledge and share information with other like-minded investors, but also kindle enthusiasm in those that are just starting out in their real estate journey.
In addition, we hope that this Learning Centre will aid investors that are looking for a “better way”. Perhaps that “better way” is specific to your own business, or properties. Maybe you have decided that you are serious about hiring the right Property Manager. Whatever your motives are, we are glad you are here.

Though maybe you’re not quite there just yet, or maybe you’re just curious about the whole real estate thing in general. I began to look to real estate as a vehicle to help augment my retirement plans but little did I know that my augmentation plan would take me on a path that changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined.
Some people love to manage their own properties, and that’s great. If you enjoy doing that, then stick with it. However, some people are actually looking for some help but have heard all of the horror stories about property managers.
If you’ve ever read the story about my foray into the property management space, you will know that I too heard and lived those same stories. I just chose to do something about it.
I’m hoping that this blog will be used as a way for you to learn and educate yourself on the ins and outs of real estate and subsequently determine if real estate could be the vehicle that helps you achieve your goals.
